Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your VELON experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene and quality reasons.

How to Request a Return Contact us at velounscent@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping VELON covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within Qatar.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at velounscent@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
